Custom wig VS. As Advertised

Custom Wigs are constructed using bundles + frontal or closure. They are made locally by me in Toronto with your desired options for length, texture, volume, style, baby hairs and more.

• We provide pre-made wig units in various lengths and textures.

• You can also purchase Ntutu Hair bundles + closure or frontal = to make a custom wig unit

• Or provide your own hair bundles + closure or frontal = to make a custom wig unit.

• You may include specific styles for an added styling fee via ‘Wig Styling Fee’

As Advertised Wigs include a selection of custom and pre-made wigs. The wig is made to the style as seen in the photo advertised. All wigs are hand styled, there may be some variations but it will be as similar as possible.

• This may be a great option if you don’t want to spend time thinking of a style. As Advertised Wigs are pre-selected and pre-styled as seen in the picture

• No added styling fees for the styling pictured!

How much hair do you need for full install?

Ntutu Hair recommends 3 bundles for lengths 12” to 20”, 4 bundles for lengths 22” to 28”, and 5 bundles or higher for 30” and above. This is only a suggestion. Please add more bundles for voluminous looks, or at your discretion.

What should my daily care be like?

• We recommend using a hair brush or a wide tooth comb daily.

• Brush gently from tips to the root of the hair 

• Avoid excess styling products due to residue build up

What type of hair do you sell?

Ntutu Hair provides Burmese Human Hair. It can be coloured, bleached, dyed, straightened, and curled.

What’s the overall maintenance of the hair?

• Wash and condition every 7-10 days.

• Always condition right after shampooing.

• During hair conditioning, brush gently from tips and towards the roots of the weft to detangle.

• Use hair serums in minimal quantity when damp or dry.

• Avoid excess direct heat and chemical processing

• The hair lifespan is about 6 months to 2 years and highly relies on maintenance.

• Frontals or closures may need replacement more frequently than bundles

• Book Ntutu Hair for revamp services and maintenance. Booking with a stylist ensures great services for your wigs. We preserve aim to preserve your wig as long as possible.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Orders will be processed in 7-10 business days then shipped out. We use express shipping for Canada and US. Shipping. Times may be adjusted due to COVID and could be delayed.

Shipping takes 3-4 business days within Canada, and 7-10 business days for US. Shipping to the rest of the world takes around 7-15 business days.

Shipping options are provided upon checkout.

We require signature confirmation to ensure delivery protection and accuracy.

• Ntutu Hair is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipment upon delivery.

• Ntutu Hair is not responsible for courier issues/errors that may result in damage or misplaced packages or orders.

What’s you returns policy?

Ntutu Hair does NOT offer returns in any situation. We implemented strict quality control processes to avoid errors and that you receive our best hair. We may offer exchanges if you received incorrect items. We will only accept products in their original condition. This means that the merchandise must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, not damaged/brushed/washed/picked/cut. All tags and packaging must remain same as when we shipped it out to you.

There is NO refund provided for appointment deposits.
